Returns & Refunds

Yes, we accept return requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. We may also accept return requests for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

To be eligible, items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging, and returned with any applicable hygiene or protective seals fully intact. Opened, tested, or used skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
