Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? Here is how cancelling an order works.
Cancellation Window
Because every order is made on demand, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it under our Refund Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
Email admin@trovos.com as soon as possible with:
- Your full name and order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Reason for cancelling (optional)
We reply within 1–2 business days. Cancelling quickly gives us the best chance to stop your order in time.
Refund Upon Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders that have already shipped or are in transit
- Orders placed more than 24 hours ago that have entered production
